Business Law

                                        Business law is the fusion of two words-Business and Law.Where business is an act of any kind to be conducted for livelihood or with a view to earn money i:e enterprise,profession,occupation,service etc.In this sense all the human activities conducted for livelihood or with intend to earn money falls under business.
                                          Law is a set of principles that has been enforced by the state to regulate human behavior in the society.
                                             
                                           Hence,The law which establish and regulates relations among the business person as well as government and maintains peace and order in the business community  is known as business law.
                                            
                                           Therefore,the term business law is defined as that part of law which regulates the transactions of business community.In fact business law is closely related with Civil Law.However there is no any single line to show differences between business law and other branches of law .Business Law includes the rules relating to rights and obligations of the business person arising out of business  transactions in connection of business properties. This Law consist all the rules relating to establishment,operation and dissolution of a business.Therefore this law determines the rights, duties and liabilities of  business persons engaged in the business activities which brings uniformity in business transactions.
